INVESTMENT PARTNER

High Roller Group, LLC

High Roller Group (HRG) is an operational holding company that develops and manages investments across multiple industry segments, with a primary focus concentrated toward energy, infrastructure, and industrial end markets. The company focuses on investing in high growth opportunities and generally partners with other owners or management to execute a given strategy. High Roller Group maintains offices in Center and Dallas, Texas.

High Roller Group was founded in 2007 by Terry G. Bailey. A year prior, High Roller Whitetails, was created when the rights to a northern, white-tailed deer named “High Roller”, known as the largest white-tailed buck in existence was purchased. The name had national recognition and subsequently, High Roller Wells was formed in 2010, initially to provide saltwater disposal services to exploration and production companies in the Eagle Ford shale in Texas as a follow up to Salty’s Management.

Terry sold Salty’s in 2007 to Stallion Oilfield Services for over $140 million. From High Roller Well’s formation through the buildout of HRG today, the Company has developed over 40 saltwater injection wells across Texas and has transformed from a general developer of injection wells into a diverse portfolio of energy companies providing a full suite of water services (including treatment, transfer, sourcing and disposal), sand, chemicals, trading and logistics.

In continuing Terry Bailey’s legacy, HRG continues its efforts in developing premium assets for demanding clients in some of the most difficult industries. While HRG’s roots are in the oil and gas industry, the Company has expanded to actively manage a portfolio of numerous companies, many of which operate outside of the energy sector, and often seeks to partner with experienced management teams to successfully execute ambitious growth strategies.
